STAGE AREA
- surface area 8m. x 8m.

steeply ascending rows of seating for the audience with 30 cm. height
difference between rows to allow for ground-level visibility of the stage - a minimum of 3.80m. stage area height
- black (darkened) backdrop and side elevations (preferably bare)
- a room that can be darkened

a minimum distance of 1.5m. from the edge of the stage
to the 1st. row of seating -
a gridiron, or several possibilities to secure objects to the ceiling above
the stage area (see stage plan)
TECHNICAL DETAILS
We need the promoter/management to provide:
- a complete lighting system
- 2 x 1 KW spotlights / 5 x 1 KW profilers / 6 x 650 W PCs
- a 16 channel lighting control desk + 12 extension cables for our own lighting sources
- stage assistants to help with assembly and dismantling of stage setting
- dressing room facilities to accommodate 3 people
- a vacuum cleaner and a ladder
our own sound equipment will be brought with us
PYROTECHNIC
a piece of paper is ignited and burns during the performance.
Please check all smoke detectors and set accordingly
TIME
- length of performance: 65 minutes
- stage set preparation time, 8 hours.
- Dismantling time, 1.5 hours
Urgent - please take note:
- it must be possible to darken the stage area completely (blackout)
- flat access to the stage is necessary for equipment/baggage on wheels
- maximum audience capacity: 200 persons
- the stage floor must be visible to every member of the audience
- the performance is suitable for youths and adults
