Alexander Soehnle

After graduating from the Stage School of Music, Dance and Drama in Hamburg, he was part of the ensemble for the German premiere of “42nd Street” in Stuttgart. He then took on roles in “Kiss Me, Kate!”, “Mamma Mia,” “Starlight Express,” and many others. He was seen in the Blue Man Group from 2011 to 2015 in New York, Boston, and Berlin. As a puppeteer, he most recently took on the part of Frank Soehnle in “Orpheus” at the Komische Oper Berlin and was part of the German premiere of the play “war horse”) at the Theater des Westens in Berlin. From 2016 to 2024 he was an ensemble member at Schmidts in Hamburg. He also works as director and improvises with Theatersport Berlin.
